Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Healthy Way Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are committed to assisting you through our return and exchange process.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within two (2) days of delivery or collection.. Eligible items may be returned in-store for either:
- An exchange, or
- A refund to the original method of payment
General Return Conditions
- Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition.
- Products must be returned with original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used supplements
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Complimentary or gift items
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization:
If the return is approved, the item must be returned within 72 hours of approval. -
Inspection and Refund:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged.
- You must contact us within 2 days of delivery or collection.
- Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

Important Note:
Variations in taste or texture—particularly in supplements such as protein powders or pre-workouts—are common across brands and are not valid grounds for return.
Returns will only be accepted for items that are hardened or unusable due to product faults.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us immediately at healthywaynutrition1@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue
We will ensure the error is corrected at no additional cost to you.
Warranty – Equipment Only
We provide a 6-month limited warranty for fitness equipment such as treadmills and spinning bikes. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or material faults.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, fire, water, or spillage
- Accidental or user-inflicted damage
- Electrical faults caused by negligence or incorrect usage
Cancellation
Eligibility: Customers can cancel their orders at any time before the order has been dispatched.
How to cancel: To cancel an order, customers must contact us via email at healthywaynutrition1@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Full name
- Email address used during purchase
Processing Time: We aim to process cancellation requests within 1–2 business days.
Refund Timeline: Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
